1. The service

GallopGains is a horse racing research and prediction tool. It provides data-driven selections, rankings and analysis across GB and Irish racing to support your own decision-making. It is provided for entertainment and research purposes only.

GallopGains does not place bets on your behalf and is not a gambling operator. Nothing on this service constitutes financial or betting advice. Past performance of the prediction model is not a guarantee of future results.

You are solely responsible for any betting or financial decisions you make.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel at any time before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.

3. Refunds and cancellation rights

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@gallopgains.com and we will review your case.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days. However, by starting your free trial or subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. Where a paid billing period has begun, cancellation will take effect at the end of that period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the service using your account.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute or resell any content or data from GallopGains.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.

You may stop using the service at any time.

5. Responsible gambling

GallopGains is intended for users aged 18 and over. We support responsible gambling. If you are concerned about your gambling, please visit BeGambleAware.org or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7).

6. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that GallopGains will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

GallopGains provides predictions and analysis based on publicly available racing data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of this information. You use the service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GallopGains is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any betting decisions you make.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

7. Intellectual property

All content on GallopGains, including predictions, rankings, design and copy, is owned by GallopGains.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell any content without permission.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

If we permanently discontinue the service, subscribers with remaining paid time will be offered a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.

9. General

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GallopGains.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
